Our workouts are designed to fit into your busy life. You'll need just 3-4 sessions per week, each lasting 45-60 minutes. Equipment-wise, we keep it simple: a set of dumbbells and resistance bands are all you need to get started. Our focus is on sustainable, consistent progress rather than quick fixes. We also include bonus webinars on topics like menstrual cycle nutrition and menopause management, which you can watch at your convenience.
